Job Description:
Caring Heart Services 2 is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care to our clients. As an In-Home CNA with Caring Heart Services 2, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in need of personalized care and support. The ideal candidate must have proof of certification and a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
Support clients with mobility and ambulation, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
Accompany clients to appointments and outings, providing transportation and assistance as needed.
Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship, promoting social interaction and emotional well-being.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care activities, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring.
Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with proof of certification.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing in-home care to clients.
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and their families.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
